Our formerly stray orange Taby presented with a torn paw and severe cold, among other things an outdoor cat has. Rusty received great care, diagnosis and treatment. He has visited 3 times and is now thriving, having gained weight and playing. A new cat. The techs and vets are terrific.

I'm torn here. As far as the vets and people in here, I'm very happy with the service. But as for the process, it's awful. They claim to take walk in appointments but I watched 2 different men show up with dogs, as soon as walk in hours started, only to be turned away because they are already "at capacity". Walk in hours are 10 am until 2 pm for existing clients according to the sign out front. They turned me away 2 days ago. I called to check in 10 minutes before walk in hours officially started and they tried to tell me they were already at capacity. How are you at capacity before you even open when you claim to be a walk in facility? They need to change to "by appointment only" because that's all they do here anymore anyway.

Went to Kokomo Animal Hospital last week to help a friend who needed to have her beloved kitty euthanized. The folks at the front desk, vet techs and doctor could not have been more kind. Process was delivered in an unhurried and humane manner which meant so much to my friend. Also reasonably priced. We were allowed to go out the back door (our request) because my friend was understandably upset and she didn't want to upset others in the waiting room. Bravo, KAH. You helped to make a sad task tolerable. Thank you!
