I had Roto Rooter last year, they came within three hours from i called. He did an excellent job. This year Jonathan came, I wanted my sum pum changed, he didn’t recommend changing it. Little pricey.
Called at almost 10 o'clock at nite with a plugged up sewer line and Ethan showed up at 8 o'clock the next morning and had me up and going in less than 2 hrs and the cost was less than I was expecting.. Highly recommend these guys
The technician, Blake, called to let me know he was on his way. After he arrived, he got busy. He was friendly and courteous. He explained that I could just have the drain cleared or I could have the drain cleared and purchase Roto Rooters preventive drain cleaner. I chose to get the cleaner and the drain cleaned. Blake then ran the water as he cleaned up and took care of the billing to make sure the drain was indeed clear. Blake was very pleasant and efficient. I would welcome him back into my home if I had another plumbing issue.
