I went for just a haircut, the woman cut my hair so incorrectly. It is uneven, she said id have to pay an extra 20 for shampooing and conditioning after I told her I did it before I came.

If you can't cut curly hair, then don't. Removed a tiny braid I had in my hair I told her to leave alone. My hair is uneven is so uneven now because she clearly can't cut curly hair. Upcharged me more because I had curly hair and then said it was very tangled, before even messing with it. Well when she brushed it, it was never tangled so why lie. I have gone to Grand Design for a number of years. I love the shop and staff that work there. They are family! Lynn has done my hair now for a few years and always does an excellent job! I get a lot of compliments on my hair.
