Hey Michael Claycamp, this is Shane Carmichael owner of this company. I apologize your apartments didn’t inform you properly that they put a ton more work on us then negotiated we surly told them the water would be off every day until 4/5pm. We installed 120 water heaters in two weeks time not a very easy task. Erin for you I’m not sure what happened with sewage getting on your things not sure how that can happen with a camera inspection typically a drain cleaner would cause a mess like that sorry that happen to you. Quality work done by very knowledgable guys.
They show up when they say they will.
They go above and beyond with little extras and we learned a thing or two.
Would recommend them to anyone else in the area.

Although these guys are busy and my none emergency repair had to be moved a couple of times, because of emergency, their communication was great. Once parts were in they were here quickly and even used the downstairs entrance so they wouldn't wake my one month old grandson. They were quite and quick and cost was less than I expected. Any further plumbing needs I will be calling Carmichaels.
