We have driven to this vet from Indianapolis for years. It's 45 minutes one way. They have always been professional and courteous. They treated our dog before we adopted him. Shortly after we adopted our dog, he developed a life-threatening blockage. Dr. Schweikhardt performed a surgery that saved our dog. We will never go anywhere else! The rates they charge are a lot less than Indianapolis vets charge. Everyone is so friendly! All the doctors we have seen are wonderful!
We have been taking our pets to Buck Creek Veterinary Clinic for a very long time in fact we started going there since before they put up the new building. Our pets were always treated well as they were growing and in their death. We were always treated well and all procedures were explained to us and if they were needed to be euthanized we were given as much time as needed throughout the process. I just love Dr Doug and his staff whom are all very caring and professional.
If I could give 10 stars, I would..I had been going to a different vet clinic in Greenfield Indiana but it changed and I did not like the change..So, I found Buck Creek Veterinary Clinic and I loved it! I could hear the ladies in the back talking to the dog or cat that they were tending to... I could hear her talking so calmly and telling the pet how cute she thought he/she was... and that's the kind of love and compassion I would want my boy to have if I weren't able to be right there. Dr. Chelsea and the technician, Caitlin were fabulous with Bear.
