He did work on our roof when we bought the house, but did not totally fix the issue which led to water damage in the garage. Then no called no showed TWICE when we tried to get him out here just to get a quote to fix it because he said his mistake wasn't covered under warranty.

Made an appointment for a Monday, he didn't show up then but came unannounced on Tuesday and he offered to come look at it Friday, to which he also didn't show up.
