I had a great experience at Jagged Edge, thanks to Crystal. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn’t do a good job of explaining it. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Crystal if you want great service.
They try their best to get you in for an appointment. They usually go above and beyond, they make sure you're happy with your hair before you leave. Prices are affordable. No complaints so far really and I've been going for like ten years now.
Nikki is the absolute best and the prices for the services they offer are very reasonable. I started going here a few years ago and never looked back. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. I usually get highlights and a cut and it turns out amazing every time! Everyone here is great at what they do; Nikki is just my favorite.
