We generally use Nu-Yale for my husband’s class a uniform. Generally they have not charged us or it was discounted for his advice which is super nice since every time he has to wear it, it needs dry cleaned because of the material. I’ve never had a bad experience with any employee and the drop and pick up is fairly quick and easy!

Recently this place has gone downhill. The previous managers at this location were great to deal with, it’s a shame they’re gone. I don’t really mind rude service if the shirts come back right, but we have newer white dress shirts that keep coming back darker and darker.We asked to have less starch and were told that wasn’t an option.We always ask for a receipt at drop off because there’s been a couple times where items weren’t counted. Current guy says to just leave it by the door and he’ll do it later.I gave them 3 stars because they do work quickly and the shirts generally do come back clean, just wouldn’t take any white clothes there.

Always get my clothes back quickly at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. It used to be harder to exit the parking lot into the road because of traffic, but now a light is being added.
