I have been without a weekend night nurse for almost 8 months. My week day night nurse is pregnant due the end of April. I have zero confidence in this organization to fill this position before the baby comes. We just had 10 nights without a nurse because our night nurse was sick. Nothing was done to fill. I’m exhausted. Frosting on the cake…when asked about N95 masks for our returning nurse, they don’t have any. You call yourself a healthcare organization?
Maxim is a great place to work. everyone is always so helpful, You never feel "alone" on the job because a colleague Nursing Supervisor is always just a phone call away. The support/scheduling staff is also wonderful and professional. Needs are met in a very timely manner. I thank each and everyone for making this career choice a positive experience.
These are the nicest people ever, big hearts, professional, caring, diligent, and hard working. They make every effort to.place the right nurse with the right family. I have worked with them and refereed clients and staff to them.
