When my loved one passed away, our hospice rep suggested we use Magnolia Cremations because of their excellent service and fair pricing. I'm so glad she did. From the moment we called them (on a Sunday afternoon) they were incredibly and graciously responsive and continued to be so during the cremation process. Abby at Magnolia was very available for the various questions we had and made sure to let us know what other ways they could help us in regards to hosting the obituary to ordering death certificates. I hope I don't need to use them for a very long time, but when the time comes, I will definitely use Magnolia and recommend your family does as well.
my mother passed away at 2:00am. my friend recommended magnolia cremation services. when i called i spoke with mike. what a wonderful person. he explained everything to me and was the one who came to pick up my mom. The next day i was contacted by Abby! again a wonderful person who really made things so easy. she went out of her way to answer every question i had. i could not have found anyone better! they were $500+ less than the other places i called! i cant recommend magnolia cremation enough.
