Best experience ever! I needed a valet key for my car and some house keys made. I had previously tried Ace hardware who could not seem to make a valet key without charging me $99 each, and Cook quoted me $4. So I brought all my keys to Cook and I was out in 5 minutes! I had a little trouble using the valet key on my car, so the gentleman came out and troubleshooted, got some WD40, and fixed it in a jiffy! Both he and the lady behind the counter were super nice. they also said if you have an emergency lockout call, they only charge $50 to come help!! that is a great price. Most places charge atleast $65 and up. I was very satisfied. I recommend Cook for any locksmith service!
Had a great experience at Cooks this week. Needed a new key for my expedition. They had it in stock and Chuck had it programmed and cut for me quickly while I waited. Highly recommend, great service and fair prices.
Julie and Chuck are really nice and helpful people. This store is our go-to place for all things keys. We also needed them to come out to let us in a vehicle, and they did in a timely manner and even made us keys on site. Thanks Cook's!
