I just wanted to give a shout out to my PCP, Dr. Agustin Ramirez. Coming from the healthcare field myself, with over 20 years in multiple specialties, it’s rare to find a physician who: 1) Listens 2) touches their patients 3) cares 4) helps. I’m sorry but this is the truth- it’s hard for some to accept but it is the tangible result of the sad trajectory of the marriage between medicine and money. My doctor, whom I have followed to several practices until his own, is an exception. He cares, he helps me when other’s will not, even if it is a shortcoming of another provider- he will do what he can to see I’m cared for, and even will outsource to find me answers before referring me somewhere just to see a specialist. He tries and that is saying a lot. I can message him and he responds days, He is DEPENDABLE. He never demeans me, he isn’t patronizing and he is always there trying for me when it feels like others just won’t, don’t, or simply don’t have the time. This man is the epitome of an excellent physician. He starts his visit with “How have you been?” He then asks me about a personal life event, a vacation or something I don’t usually remember and will think to myself- oh my how did he even remember that?! He asks about my family. He is knowledgeable, capable and doesn’t pawn me off on expensive specialist’s when he can handle it. I am so incredibly fortunate to have him. The others I have referred to him, I know they can agree, we are truly lucky to have him. He works with his patients. He doesn’t make me feel like him a number in his schedule for the day. I know he gets busy, but he NEVER makes me feel like it. I’m just grateful to have a physician like this on my side. It’s no wonder to me I don’t see his patients in the ER because he takes care of them so well and prevents them from ED visits. I have followed him for years and should he move again, I will follow him there too because he is WORTH it. If you are looking for a new doctor, or feel like you aren’t being cared for, appreciated or heard- I am here to tell you there are doctors out there like Dr. Ramirez who exist that truly care about the health and happiness of their patients. ♥️

Dr.Ramirez is a very good doctor. He is polite & listens to his patients. He cares about each & everyone. Office is clean and nice. Staff is professional & polite. So if your needing a great PCP �

This place is the best! Both my wife and I see Dr. Ramirez, and he is one of the best family Drs we have ever had. The nurses and other staff have always been top notch, the place is always welcoming and clean. No complaints from either of us, we absolutely love Community Medical Center
