She proved that she was “ hungry” by driving 1 1/2 hours to Owensboro Ky to measure the area and to listen to what we were wanting to do with the area. Emerald showed us the design that she had made and we were so pleased with what she had come up with … we dived right in. Emerald listened to our wants & needs and delivered on just that . He assessed the restoration job on our 105 year old historic home and gave us several options that replace and restore the rotted board and trims on our dormers.
