Waste of time! Selection and service are horrible! Do not order something from Home Depot. Ordered a tiller that was on sale that was not in stock at the store on May 15th. Had it sent to the store to be essembled free; was told it would be in on or before May 22nd. Waited until May 23rd and began checking on it because we had not heard from Home Depot. Went to the store after 3 days. It will not be delivered. You get the run around on where your order is. The automated thing will tell you on the phone that it has arrived but is not ready for pick up. You go to the store after 3 days because no one has contacted you, you have to wait in a long line to be told by one person your order is there, another person says they don't have your order, other says they don't know where your order is. You are also told that someone called you on the 24th to reschedule your order. Caller ID does not show that Home Depot tried to call. The manager never comes to the front of the store. Finally you are so frustrated and disappointed that you completely cancel your order. You have to wait longer because they insist on giving you a cancelation receipt but they don't push the print button. Also, don't try to use the cardholder savings that you get in the mail. I am not sure about other Home Depot locations, but Jasper does not honor them.
