We were contacted by Whitestone via walk up after a severe hail storm. Andy was very polite and very informative about the insurance process. We investigated the background of Whitestone and found all of the credentials to be valid and true. Perhaps the best part of our experience was Andy assisting with the adjuster review of our property. He pointed out several items that would have been missed by us and the adjuster. Whitestone completed the work within the schedule and was very easy to work with regarding reimbursement. As is generally the case with any home improvement project there were 1-2 small rework items we requested. These were handled timely and without any haggling - that in itself was a pleasure. We would definitely recommend Whitestone, and particularly Andy, to anyone who needs insurance or personal home improvement work done.
