I have two slipped discs in my neck (ouch). Occasionally, they go from stable to unstable; when that happens, I lose feeling and function in my right arm, and *everything hurts.* I can't sleep and hate even thinking about exercise. Enter: Kari Warren, PTA. Lovely humor, friendly, easy to talk to... and she had such a slow and stepwise, gentle touch that she had me *looking forward to my physical therapy sessions.* I began to even enjoy doing my home sessions, and began enjoying taking on more and more exercises.
