after missing my first appointment I asked if it would be performed the following week. The owner stated they were behind but nothing further. At that point my lawn needed mowed but it was ok. Next upon returning from a business trip the day of my second appointment i contacted the owner and he again stated they were behind and didn't think my service would be performed that day The issue was at this point my grass was getting long and the next 3 days called for rain. The owner didn't even offer an apology at this point just more excuses. Needless to say I have to find someone else and will have to pay extra because my lawn will be too long by the time they can cut it. The main issue is i have a disability that doesn't allow me to mow my grass and I depended on this company to perform the services I contracted them to complete.
