I’ve requested the top level detail at this location three times now. Prior to this company taking over the services with the airport I had my vehicle detailed with no problems. Recently I brought it in again and when I returned it was not done, and with no explanation. Then more recently they hit me with an additional $300 fee to “make the vehicle look new again” totaling $570; dust and dirt still in all the cup holders and compartments. I’ve had a better detail at in and out wash places. Don’t expect much.

Tip Top did an AMAZING JOB on my bosses car!!! Unfortunately he just had a bad experience with a detailer in the Castleton area so was a little hesitant but Tip Top Car care EXCEEEDED Our Expectations! The Interior had stains on the leather seats and carpets were a bit stained as well but once the job was completed you would have sworn it came off the showroom floor! SPOTLESS!!! Nice Work Marcus! Just had my bosses car detailed by TipTop Car Care out at the Indpls Airport and WOW what an AMAZING JOB they did! Marcus, the owner, understands the Business Owner needs in regard to comfort, convenience and professionalism and he landed 5 stars in every category! The airport drop/off pick up was easy, paying on line was easy but most importantly, the job they performed was Immaculate, Perfect and the boss did not have one single complaint and is highly recommending to his friends and business associates!
