This was my first time using Tide Cleaners on Illinois St. Everyone was friendly and was able to answer all my questions as I dropped off my all white coat,they had my coat cleaned within 24 hrs.When I picked up my coat it was different staff and they were just as friendly as the staff before! I actually stayed and talked to the staff for 10 minutes, I give them 5 stars for Customer Service and will definitely give them my business and tell my friends as well to go to Tide Cleaners. Great Job and I don't give 5 stars unless you really impress me,So Thank You Tide Staff it's truly not easy these days to find great Customer Service!✨️✨️✨️

Tide cleaners does quality work and they have very quick turn around of 1 to 2 days. They are high on the cost side, but they send out coupons of 15 to 20 percent off every month.

I only have this cleaner in this city the many other has closed their doors due to covid 19. Well at least 2 of them. Tide do an excellent job on cleaning my laundry items.Service: Special care fabric cleaning
