At 4pm on a 90 degree Friday evening I realized our A/C unit was not working. Thiele’s very professional and competent technician Mike arrived, diagnosed and repaired our system by 7pm. What could have been a long hot summer night was prevented by Thiele’s prompt response and Mike’s expert service.
I recently had my Air Conditioner serviced by Thiele (MIke P. - I didn't post his last name because I didn't want people to see his personal information). I have a service plan with Thiele and I have to say they all are quality personnel. However, Mike P. was the best service guy that I have ever had come to my home. He was on time and was very pleasant. This guy spent the time showing me everything about keeping my system working efficiently. He ran an electrical test on my air conditioner capacitor which had a low reading but was within specs. Everything was fine; the Thiele repairman was pleasant and professional. He found the problem and replaced the part, which he had in stock, and got my air conditioning back running as soon as possible. I appreciated that, since it was very, very hot!
