So happy we had the Mad Hatter come out to clean the dryer vent at my parent's condo. They we super, thorough and courteous. Proactively put shoe coverings on before asking to come into the house. Skilled at working on a dryer in a very tight space--they even cleaned the floor under and behind the dryer. Cleaned the vent from the inside and then went on the roof and finished cleaning from the outside. Definitely recommend!

We notice our chimney cover got loose. Mad hatter company was highly recommended by our friend at all wood service company.Broden the technician who came to check our chimney is very professional, courteous. I can tell he is trustworthy so I will go with his recommendations. I will follow up with pictures of our new chimney cover.

Very happy with the customer service. Requested an estimate. It was written out and explained thoroughly even photos of the chimney's and given explanation on what was and wasn't needed. Given options on how to fix one chimney and explained how to operate the newer fireplace. Hired on the spot and having them return in a few weeks to complete the requested work. This is a lost art, grateful to have professionals in this line of work gives us peace of mind when using the fireplace.
