OMG! This class was EVERYTHING EXCELLENT - Yin Yoga! Preciss is such a great instructor. Her voice is patient and very encouraging and the entire energy that she puts out feels healing. Amazing community, and I always feel welcomed walking through the doors! So fun to work out in a class full of encouraging instructors. You get your money's worth of sweat for sure.
