We had an outstanding experience with Heartland Builders. From the initial quote and consultation, we were impressed by their professionalism. We shared our vision, and they truly exceeded our expectations. Throughout the remodeling of our two bathrooms and various other home improvement projects, we felt like we had a consultant and partner who genuinely cared about our needs. We just completed our second project through The Heartland Builders and continue to be extremely satisfied with the work they do on our 1910 home! Our first project was a complete primary bath remodel, and the second project was an entire overhaul of our backyard space. All of the contractors and sub-contractors have been friendly and professional, and we especially enjoy working with the THB's project management team - Hilary, Logan, and Leen are all fantastic. I finally found a company that will do the job to my satisfaction. They have done outside and inside work for my home. Professional through and through, from the sales representative, Dakota who listened and worked with me to Hillary, the project manager who made sure the job is done to my satisfaction to the workers who were courteous and efficient. I will continue to use this company for all my home improvements.
