I was surprised to see a review saying the staff was bad. I've gone there for years think they're great! Very friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. Facility is super clean!

After reading these comments I’m shocked, I go there once or twice a week and it’s technically out of my way but I honestly think the staff here are the sweetest and very knowledgeable! I have not once had a question they couldn’t answer or help me with. They are very welcoming, friendly, and professional! I tried going once and because of the great service I almost only go here now

As I was preparing to tan, I noticed that the bed wasn’t cleaned. You could literally see the sweaty spot from the previous tanner. I had to put my clothes back on and go ask for it to be cleaned. It was cleaned, I get into the bed and the headrest is greasy with sweat and lotion. Gross AF. But I was already in the bed, so I just mustered through it. The bed cut off after 4 minutes, but it was supposed to be a max session of 10 min, so I had to get dressed AGAIN and stand in line and wait for 15 minutes. Once helped, it was suggested that I caused the bed to only give me a 4 min tan time because it took longer than 5 minutes to get into the bed. Yea, sorry for not wanting...read full review
