Jarod was very helpful in explaining what the problem was & what needs to be done to fix it. He provided a written estimate & answered all our questions. He also checked an outside faucet & sent me the Amazon link so I could order the part. We were satisfied with our visit.
Brandon (and David) were at my house after waking up with no heat. I called Summers emergency services and they were out very quickly and on their way. From the get go, Brandon was thorough, informative and polite. He kept finding more and more things that needed replaced but was diligent in wanting to get my problem solved! Long story short, it was a 12 hour job, that I am so so thankful for especially because we have a little one in the home. Those two deserve a raise for being so helpful and dedicated!!
Bradley and Vonney just installed my brand new Air Conditioning unit and thermostat! They did a great job , explained things, cleaned up afterwards and even took away my old window A/C unit! Steve said it was okay yesterday when I was buying the new unit!
I had everyday this week someone from Summers out at my house for flushing out my water heater, checking up on my furnace, to checking out my A/C. Then the technicians to sell me a new A/C, to eventually, then eventually putting in the brand new A/C! Great job from all the Summers’ staff. Jessica even came buy to drop off the men’s lunch and water! Great!? ?
