Before starting, we had a brief consultation to clarify what I wanted out of the service & the look I was hoping to achieve.

I love that she didn't rush through the service and was still efficient with time. She also stopped after finishing the first brow to make sure I was happy with how it looked before moving on to the next one, which is something that stood out to me & shows how much she values client satisfaction.

Her space was clean & welcoming and the service was relatively pain free. I can confidently say that my brows have not looked this good in sooooo long. We had great conversation and I'm so happy that after trying several threading salons over the past year, I have finally found my go-to brow lady in Indy! Thank you Navi!!!

It’s big enough for “a tiny spa” at the heart of Broad Ripple:) It was very clean which is a top requirement for me for a good massage and spa experience. The soft, relaxing music in the background, minimalist decoration, good customer relations and weekend options make Leaf & Limb a great place for relaxation after a busy week. I had an appointment on Sunday morning with Raven. She was sweet and professional. I felt very relaxed during and after the massage. My only complaint was the temperature in the massage room. The massage table was heated and it felt good but the room was really cold and it made it difficult for me to fully enjoy my massage. In summary, a good quality and professionally operated place with talented staff. It has its own parking space next to the building which is a plus. Wish they offered massage bundles.“

I absolutely love that she uses witch hazel to cleanse the area of skin before threading. She also uses gloves and wears a mask. It's the extras that go a long way. “Lifespa definitely uses the "spa" in it's name fairly liberally- from the website I thought I was going to be able to have a spa day by going to the eucalyptus steam bath, the sauna, etc. but it seems those are for LifeTime members only. This "spa" is a segregated hair salon with a back room where they do facials and massages. Now- once I had my expectations managed, this was a very good facial. The aesthetician was detailed and listened well, and had good recommendations on what to do for my facial. I left feeling relaxed and my face was so soft. The prices were on-par with other facials I have had in Indy. Other than that, parking was easy and free. The location was great and convenient. And everyone was very kind.“

“I went to Gentle Nails today for the first time. I was pretty desperate on NYE and they were able to accommodate me with a mani/pedi. I’ll say it’s not really fancy but I am impressed with the results so far. The original dark silver color I picked wasn’t available but I was happy with the color Monica picked instead. I would have given 5 stars if cleanliness were better. They should be using new gloves for each customer and sterilizing tools they use. The smell was very strong while I was waiting too and it was a little hard to communicate during the appt. I would compare this to a “hole in the wall” restaurant where the environment and such is not what you’d want in a salon but the overall quality of the services were great and what I needed. I made an appointment with Kaylie who, like me, is a big fan of Nirvana. The salon is lovely and everyone there is so nice. Kaylie did an amazing job. My hair had grown out quite a bit so she had her work cut out for her (pun intended!) to get me back to my pixie self. I absolutely love the cut.
