So I wanted to get my eyebrows cleaned up and tinted. I told her, I don't want my eyebrows thin keep them thick looking. This woman thinned them out and then had enough nerves to get upset with me because I told she didn't do what I requested. This is not the place to come if you want it done right. Neva again for Seva. Not happy at all.

They were quite busy. There were 3 ladies working on a Saturday afternoon, and most women got eyelashes and brow arching. Even with 6 women in front of me my wait was still only about 20 minutes. I know I don't want anyone rushing to finish my service, I want it to look beautiful. I received that and more. The staff was friendly and professional and my results are FANTASTIC! Someone wrote a negative review because of the wait. If you simply just do NOT have ANY patience then go ahead and get a rush job somewhere else. You'll definitely be missing out. I love this place and will definitely be back!
