Makayla is and awesome hair dresser I give her 10 stars if I could,everyone there was so nice and welcoming, everything was clean it's just an awesome shop you don't run across places that anymore,I will definitely be back!!

Making and keeping appointments is part of the barber experience. Respect for your customers time is important in retaining a loyal customer base. It's only right that if I make an appointment at such and such time, I expect my barber to at least try to be punctual. Being a good barber is one thing however knowing how to treat your customers and being about taking care of your business is a whole different skillset.

There's absolutely no regards for an individual's time. The barber show up late or they overbook their clients and there is no real apology as if it is a right to do so. The unprofessionalism is uncanny and they have the nerve to require a deposit. Go figure! I should request that deposit back minus any balance I owe when my time is tampered with. Not towards the balance that I owe. SMH
