Very thankful that they had the part I needed in stock. Service was fast and friendly, and the price was reasonable. A valuable resource for DIY work, even though most of their customers might be pros.

These people are incredible. I haven’t been able to do laundry all week. A repairman came out today and misdiagnosed the problem. My husband figured out we needed a couple of parts around $50. I called them a half hour before they closed…the call center was amazing, and even more amazing the lady at the local location, Elizabeth, stayed a little after they closed for me so I could get these parts. This means so much to me as a mom to be able to catch up and do all the laundry this weekend that has piled up this week as we have been waiting on the repairman! I called and was told which location had the part. Upon arrival, they informed me that I had to call a different number, place the order and pay for it online, and then return for the part. It just would have been better to know that ahead of time.
