Needed a part, but wanted it today. Walked into the store, and there's not really a storefront. A sign is up there with a number you can call, so I called and made an order right there! Within minutes the order was brought up to me by a great dude who was super enthusiastic to help out and seems like a great person to have as an employee. Would recommend and would be back for any other needs!
Parts: washing machine lid switch and pump
I did not know this place existed here in Indy. My dishwasher had issues, and after consulting the university of YoutTube, I was able to diagnose the problem. I extracted the broken part and started googling for a replacement. When I found these guys, I had to do some more searching to get to a something that looked like a viable solution. To make certain I had the proper part, I called Reliable's customer service number to make certain. The person on the phone pulled up the proper schematic for my dishwasher and was able to validate that I had selected the proper part. Checkout was easy over the phone. Good day everyone in search of Whirlpool Convection Oven Motor replacement. This has been the most challenging
Customer Service issue experience for us to date. Started in June with Whirlpool Parts Center.. gave them all the parts ###s model ####s Whirlpool requested to confirm accuracy for Motor.. Whirlpool had to backorder 6-8weeks before delivery 🧐.. finally part arrived in beginning of August and of course WRONG part. Spoke at length with photos emailed to clarify. Informed the WRONG part is the Right part and need to send more pictures..this goes on (phone call with Whirlpool) for at least 1hr and no closer to Right part being the same as one taken off our...read full review
