This is a personal review. I have always prided myself on giving the extra care to my patients, keeping prices low and services performed well. I expect the same from my staff. I don't live by these reviews because if you do the work the best you can I sleep well. The last review was made by a long term patient that has been coddled by me for many years. Everything from not charging her fees to personally adjusting their glasses upon request. At some point the common courtesy of calling to cancel an appointment so others could use the time would be nice. I accept her state insurance which if anyone knows the payment, its awful. love this office! their contact fitting is reasonably priced! i don’t have a clue when it comes to what my insurance covers and doesn’t and they always take the time to explain everything! definitely recommend dr reckley and his staff!

My go-to eye doctor for many years now! During eye exams, Dr Kevin Reckley always seems to know how to relate to customers and is ready for conversation. The office staff are kind and helpful as well.I do recall one staff lady that wasn't great with customers. Once when I came in for a frame adjustment, she got irritated and didn't understand when I tried to describe how my glasses didn't feel level when worn. As I recall, this assistant had little patience, and fortunately doesn't appear to work here any longer.Other than that isolated incident a few years ago, I've always met quick and kind service at this office. An easy recommendation!
