Jacob Bowers was at our home as scheduled for HVAC maintenance and once again provided excellent service and feedback. Star at the office was great to work with as well, calling to schedule a quick and convenient time. We remain very pleased choosing Raymore Heating and Cooling for our HVAC needs.
Jacob got here when scheduled and was dressed neat and clean. Came to door and announced who he was an what he was here for. Started working on furnace and as I came by to answer any questions, he in turn explained what he had found out and would be doing to fix furnace. After he fixed the furnace he explained again what he had to do and again answered my questions.
I was impressed with the service and signed up for there maintenance program.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Amazing intake process when you call to schedule a service appointment, extremely knowledgeable techs who provide education and explanation (Jacob is amazing). 5 stars! 10/10
