I called the office daily for two weeks. I was automatically put in the que to wait. Every time I was the next caller, after waiting 20 minutes, the phone would hang up on me. My husband needed a recheck on kidney stones so at week three, I drove to the office to make an appointment. When I complained to the front office lady she told me, "Yes, I have heard that that happens." What??? Somebody needs to get this under control.

Staff was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Flack. Very knowledgeable and she made me comfortable during my visit.
