Daniel, the owner, is very friendly and easy to talk to. I've had him come clean several rooms of my house twice, as well as a couch, and he's done a great job each time. I was able to schedule and get him to my house within the week. He discusses options with you ahead of time and is VERY reasonable about his pricing. He also doesn't try to up-sell you on unnecessary carpet treatments. He even did a couple of extended areas for free, in my case, without me even asking! Did not show and did not call. I was concerned and left messages twice but no response. I've used PME in the past and was always very pleased. I'm very disappointed by what I thought was a professional company. Left in the dark?
They did an excellent job cleaning four sofas. Friendly, professional and hardworking. We already have arranged to have them do more cleaning for us. I highly recommend them.
