I made an appointment and arrived on time. Had to wait for over an hour! Because they do not care about your appointment time! It’s just all first come first serve… horrible experience for my dog and me. Staff here also has bad customer service skills…

I made the appointment online, which was easy. I came in with Bella and everyone was friendly. They got us checked in quickly. The ladies administering the shots, were so sweet with Bella, and quickly got the shots done. It was such an easy process.
