The personal concierge has been cleaning our house weekly for about two years. We find their service reliable and thorough. In particular, they are excellent about communicating at all times. The service may be slightly pricier than the chain cleaners, but it is worth every single penny.

Fabulous experence. Heather from Personal Concierge has been so understanding and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend Personal Concierge for anybody looking to have their homes cleaned.

For several years this was a good service; however, over the last year it has not been quite as good. The lady that cleaned for me was super nice, and did a great job most of the time, but the last couple of times I was a bit disappointed in the work.

* She threw away the box and containers in my wine luggage, without asking me or telling me. I had to purchase a new box and containers 2 days after I noticed for a flight.
*She made a deep scratch on my new dining room table. She had a napkin holder on the table hiding it. Since I went out of town for a week I didn't notice it until I returned from the trip.
