We really appreciated Henry. He and the guys with him did a superb job. They were helpful, considerate and kept us informed about how things were going. Henry gave us useful information to keep the drying process going.
Recently we busted a water line in our home. Our insurance, Safeco, sent out their preferred partner, Paul Davis Restoration, to do water mitigation and investigation of the site of the damage. The Paul Davis guys were so amazing. They took time to talk with us about our issues, recommend what needs done further, and communicated with us during every step of the process. They even took time to love on our family dog every day to help her feel less stressed about the noise from the fans and dehumidifier. I would absolutely use them again!
There are not enough amazing things I could say that justify the experience I had with Paul Davis. From the time my house was lost in a fire to the time it was completed, Robin and the entire team at Paul Davis went above and beyond to ensure the work was done promptly, professionally, and that I was informed. My home was challenging to say the least, yet the team at Paul Davis made it seem easy and I feel comfortable knowing my home was in great hands during its reconstruction.Services: Remodeling
