“Decided to order my glasses. Ariel was perfection. She knows how to treat someone kindly with a smile and as a human. I really appreciated that, since people care so little about their jobs or work performance nowadays. Ariel was wonderful from the time I walked in, she understood my lack of knowledge on things and explain them thoroughly. Her excellent research showed that I was eligible with my insurance for an upgrade on extras for a lower price than I was originally quoted. She has an excellent personality.
