The most thorough exam appointment I’ve ever had. (I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts since 3rd grade) It was more than just a few clicks of the machines and letter reading. I never felt like my appointment was “on the clock,” instead I felt like the doctor took as much time as we needed to be accurate and make sure my prescription was correct. He noticed my eyes were a bit red, provided samples of different solutions to use. For just $27.00 out of pocket I was able to review ocular photographs of my eyes with the doctor to review their health, all while he explained what he was looking at. Exceptional staff, very patient and helpful. Dr. Bailey is fantastic and relatable, eyewear staff are knowledgeable and more than happy to help you choose the right frames!My only criticism is that this is probably the most expensive visit I've had - in comparison to other local optometrists. Could have been a change in my insurance, but overall, you pay for what you get, and this place and their staff are worth every penny.
