Went about a month ago and had a great experience. Eye appointment went quickly, and when it came time to pick out frames, they helped me decide between a few options.The only downside was that they estimated my glasses would be done by 7-10 days, however they weren't ready for 14 days. And I had to go in and check/call before they called me. Not enough to knock them down a full star, but frustrating none the less.

I had my appointment got there and was properly greeted and I decided to look at frames before going back and everyone was very helpful and I would of been back to getting my exam as soon as I was there but, I looked around first. I was very happy with the exam and didn't purchase glasses the day I went which was 3/9/23 and I went to a different store to purchase my glasses because they didn't carry Versace or Burberry which I preferred. I thought they were very professional and thorough. I will definitely be a repeat patient and customer. I don't get the negative feedback it must of been employees that are no longer there.

I have purchased a pair of glasses and two sets of contacts now (plus exams) and have had a great experience each time. I have never had to wait long and my glasses and contacts have come in a timely manner.
