Absolute horrible treatment. I purchased a warranty for my glasses, having never used the warranty, but they claim it's been used in a month where i was not even home! The customer service is horrible, with us being treated as if we were bugs on the floor. The man working there is incredibly rude and I no longer want to go to this place. Hoping to change my eye doctor, because this one sucks!

I recently went to my eye doctor in avon Indiana to get a eye exam and glasses. I was very unhappy with my experience there.iam a senior citizen and needed help picking out new frames that where Covered under my insurance plan. I did not receive any help and than was sent to wait in a Very hot exam room for over 45 mints with no ac and the door was shut. I eventually opened it and when the doctor came in I told him I was having a hard time breathing with the door closed and he shut it again. This office is not accommodating by any measure. When you arrive on or before your appointment time you will still wait at least 20 to 40 minutes until you get seen, and normally patients don’t complain, or at least I didn’t. But when patients are late a few minutes, the office cancels your appointment.My daughter had an appointment at 4:40pm and due to unexpected traffic we were late 7 minutes (I have proof of time stamp), so they canceled our appointment. This was the last appointment of the day, so we weren’t holding any other patients back or anything. I don't recommend this office to anyone and we certainly are not coming back here.
