Jake and Damon did a great job! They were kind, considerate, and sensitive to the fact that this was a really bad situation in the middle of the weekend. Even though they had to come during their time off, they never made us feel like they weren’t happy to be there. They went above and beyond to help resolve our situation. I would definitely recommend them again!
Jake and Carlos were great! They were professional and did a wonderful job assessing and fixing our leak.
When I reached out to Mr Rooter to see if some one could come, they had people available to come as soon as an hour. Fantastic! We will definitely use them again (hopefully it too soon)
David, Damon, and Shawn all did an outstanding job. all showed up right on time, assessed our drainage problem, camera'd and jetted the lines, and provided a permanent solution. then went above and beyond cleaning up after. great job guys and thank you for your professionalism.
