Great service. Very professional. Scheduled quickly. Was told from the start including the delay in scheduling due to a busy list. Kept me updated every change and delay. Informed me of everything each time i called. Gave me a time frame and did not have me wait extra time. Fixed the original problem and then when another came up shortly they came out quick and fixed that as well! They are a great service and very nice and professional. Parts go out and when they do i expected another to go out shortly after just from the stress it puts on, i feared a long wait to get scheduled again. I wasn't expecting much after the terrible reviews, but they gave me the courtesy call I requested as well as an estimated TOA. Tech was kind and prompt. I have had no more problems with my dryer. Good experience for me!

They were very professional assessed the problem, advised me the motor needed to be replaced. they ordered the part and two weeks later returned to install the new motor. Very pleased with their service.Service: Washing machine repair
