Cassandra was amazing and helped me a lot during post partum! I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs pelvic floor help! She is very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking to her! Everyone was always super friendly there, it is a great place to go!
They are kind, thorough, take time to explain things. Their exercise app is a great. Overall great place to get therapy.
I’m normally not one to fill out a review. Although this place changed my mind. I’ve had some on and off hip pain for the past few months. I figured it was due to excessive CrossFit movements and my age catching up to me. Plus I don’t always stretch well before a workout. In early November I decided to connect with Brad and see how I could get an appointment. For the last six weeks I’ve been coming to Milestone Physical Therapy once or twice a week to help my TFL. Brad said we needed to strengthen my muscle since I sit at a desk 40 hours a week. Brad, Danielle, Cassandra, and Dave have been nothing short of amazing. They all know my name when I walk in the door, they are so friendly and welcoming. They listen to your concerns and address your issue with real solutions that you can do in the office and at home. The office environment is full of energy and laughter. Every time I walk in they have music playing and patients chatting with others. There have been several times where I see people as young as 10 years old and some as old as 80. The office accommodates every need you may have. As weird as it is to say, I look forward to going to physical therapy. It really is a great part of my day. Please consider checking out Milestone for all of your physical therapy needs.
