Curtis Holland was my listing agent, and I cannot recommend him enough! He did such an amazing job staging and marketing my home--it brought buyers in, and my house sold quickly. I was a first time seller, and his guidance made the process as clear and stress free as possible. It all went incredibly smoothy. If you want a realtor with the expertise and skill to sell your house in today's market, then work with Curtis and his team!
I’ve now used Metro for the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of 1 home. Curtis helped me navigate through 2 very different markets successfully - like brag about success! He was always professional, patient with me and very knowledgeable on everything. If he did not know the answer, he would very quickly find it. I would highly recommend Curtis & Metro and will likely use him again when it’s time to downsize.
Curtis really looks out for your best interest, and is truthful and up-front with you. He is also willing to go above and beyond to help with anything you need, everything from helping to arrange for general repairs to staging with a common sense approach. Will definitely use his expertise on any and all my future real estate needs!
