DO NOT HIRE. We had a relationship with him and had used him on two homes in the past to satisfaction. This time he gave us an estimate, we agreed on a price, he started working sanding a coupling rooms, then after a day he never returned, and wouldn't respond to texts or phone calls. It has been three weeks of no response, nothing. I asked him numerous times if something happened and to please let me know if he was not intending to finish the job so we could hire someone else. I finally got ahold of him and he told me that sanding the floors created an odor and he wouldn't be finishing the job. Met with the floor guy at the home I needed done. Agreed on a price, stated job to start in 3 weekends, called him this week to see what time he would be out since tomorrow is the 3rd weekend. He said he would call me back. I have now called several times and texted just to know for sure if he is stiffing me so I can hire someone else! Still no reply.

Got a quote and scheduled the work, Rick never showed up and would not return calls or text. Never showed up. Called back a few months later and he apologized and scheduled another meeting. He never showed and again didn’t return calls or text.
