Over two weeks we had two different techs from Kight come out to guide us through firing up and operating a truly enormous gas boiler for a fairly complex steam heat system. James (the first tech) did a great job of getting things up and running and looking at typical problem areas and promptly scheduled a follow up with Aaron to give a more thorough overview of the entire system and ensure things were running smoothly. Super cool team of people from talking about options, explaining differences in details so we understood. The install team was good as gold. Good guys that where professional but not stuffy corporate types, they absolutely from start to finish provided a great service. No hidden charges or scams or upselling just bought a product and a service and received what we expected and they repaired a duct that wasn’t even in the quote to ensure our new system operated in its full capacity!
Great service, reasonably priced and quick. I called around to different places and they either had a machine answer their phone or they charged by the hour, neither of which Kight’s does so I scheduled with them.
Chris was knowledgeable, kind and honest. We had issues with our AC and Chris was able to walk us through the different options as well as a plan for inevitably having to replace our unit since it’s quite old but at no point forced us to choose the most expensive option or pushed any particular product on us. Gonna stick with them in the future.
