Ken Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used Ken Maddox HVAC for close to 20 years now. I woke up to no heat recently and called them and they came out within a few hours. I needed to replace my 28 year old furnace and they were able to take care of it the next day at a very reasonable price. I am very happy and the family is staying warm now.

I recently contacted this AC repair company because my AC was making a loud, annoying noise that was disrupting our TV viewing experience. Mike from the company came out and quickly diagnosed the problem - it was just a dirty vent that needed cleaning. He was able to clean the vent in no time and the noise stopped immediately. I cannot express how grateful I am for Mike's quick and efficient work. He saved our ears and allowed us to watch TV in peace again. The service was prompt and professional. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! These guys are the best! My heat went out in the middle of the night. I was afraid my pipes would freeze!! I called and they were here within an hour. They cleaned a flame sensor and then my heat was working!!! I thank them for keeping my family warm with no hassles no selling; they just got the job done!
