I called for service July 29th after regular business hours. The customer service representative asked if I needed same day service which I declined. There was a crew at my house by 11am July 30th. The service technicians went through every room in the house spraying for bed bugs and found the main nest in the master bedroom. They spent about 1-1/2 hours and gave instructions on what to do with clothing. This is the evening of July 30th and at this time I am highly pleased with 5*. I'm told there is a guarantee of satisfaction. I believe this business is as much art as science and looking for little guys in a big house cant be an exact science. Came in and got started pretty much right away, in and out in about an hour and a half. Treated the walls and outlets and everything. Went through the whole house. Seems like a nice guy.
