They were all very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only con was the wait time but we understood that couldn’t be helped and they got to us as quickly as possible. I would completely recommend Indy Vet to anyone with emergency pet needs!
We took our kitten in after he’d been sick for a couple of days. Dr. Boswell and the trainee Kayla (?) were both extremely professional, kind, and helpful. He ended up being okay and we were grateful. He’s already back to normal and being insane like always. My only gripe was the other person working up front, didn’t catch her name, kept making comments about “this not being her job”, “ I don’t get paid to do this she can come do it herself”, and other off the wall comments that people who patron your location shouldn’t have to listen to while they’re upset and worried about their pet. Great pet hospital. Had to rush in my sick cat; they saw him quickly, clearly explained issues and treatment options every step of the way, and pricing was extremely reasonable. The staff did a wonderful job helping us deal with a very stressful situation, and got our pet fixed up, and on his way home, within just a few hours.
